December 2018 Review!!
I live in a condo building with a remote gate for our parking lot. Our gate is old and the rollers that the gate sits on had finally met their doom. Jose came out and assessed the job. Jose could have recommended an entire new gate and mechanism, but instead he was able to fix the gate by replacing the rollers and doing a normal maintenance of the mechanism to get everything set back up correctly. On top of that, the price he quoted was very reasonable and the work he did was TOP NOTCH and professional. Our condo building is back to having a secure parking lot again. Highly Recommended!

Jose was great! He welded my gate and stayed extra long to fix the opener for no additional charge. I have an older model so it took a bit of extra time, but he was happy to do what he could to help a customer so that our gate functioned properly.
